I Totally Want To Invade My Friends’ Internet Lives

I really wish I could see what my friends search for on Google. It’s an odd, voyeuristic curiosity that I have.
I really think that it would be an interesting way to find similar interests that we never knew we had and also to see what they ponder and question in their free time.
Who knows, maybe if I could see what my friends searched for I would be disappointed. Like if it was a whole bunch of searches for celebrities, XXX and personal medical issues.
One thing for sure is that I would definitely be a whole lot more conscience of what I was Googling if I knew all my friends and family could see. If it were to ever happen there would need to be some kind of filter or voluntary system for choosing what Google searches your friends and family can see.
The reason I am thinking about all of this is that I have recently started to use FriendFeed. FriendFeed is kind of like that “news feed” thing on Facebook but instead of tracking what your friends are doing on Facebook it tracks what you do on the whole Internet (kind of). Right now it can track web services you use like Flickr, YouTube and Amazon and a whole lore more.
Here’s how it works: if I upload an image to Flickr it tells people in my feed or if I “favorite” a video on YouTube it tells people in my feed or if I add a book to my Amazon Wishlist it tells people in my feed. Look at the picture below for a better idea.

Once more of my friends start using FriendFeed I can see what they do on the Internet (kind of). Which is something I really want to see because I’m a fucking curious guy and I totally want to peep what my friends are doing on the Internet.
Below is a list of web services FriendFeed can track in your feed. Services that I am tracking are on the right. You can see my FriendFeed feed here.
