Wake Up NBA! People Search For “NBA Streams” Like Crazy

A few weeks ago I posted a short rant titled "Dear NBA, Stream Live Basketball Games Online".

I didn't expect an overwhelming response or a mini Internet revolution for online streaming NBA games (which I didn't get on both counts).

I'm sure the NBA is very happy with their current mainstream broadcasting revenues and sees no immediate need to stream live basketball games online.

I'm here to say: NBA, wake up!!!

You are losing me as a regular viewer since I'm now fully an Internet-only TV viewer (full story here).

And, here's the big one: People search for "NBA streams" like crazy. Almost 90% of Google keywords leading to my site come as a keyword derivative of "NBA online game stream".

It's amazing. I had no idea so many people were searching for streaming NBA games.

It should be noted that I'm not trying to bait search engines.

Most of the keyword searchers jump onto my site for a second, don't find what they are looking for (NBA streams) and bounce off.

However, I think they fully endorse my rant. That's why most of them stay for a little bit and read the rant.

They would stay on my site for over 2.5 hours if I offered streaming NBA games. I really need to figure out how to do that. :)
