Maybe my web 2.0 sense is a bit off, but what exactly is the purpose for rendering the data in this way. Why not use a traditional square footage just as every other site does. Is that because it is not "hip or cool", or is there another reason.<br><br>Even with Brian's answer, I don't see a solution. A person looking at the property, wants to know what the square ft for that specific property costs, not what it costs on average, that could vary in the thousands?
